From as early as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the spaces most people avoid, the places where truth feels raw, where hard conversations surface, and where life is asking us to pay attention. Death was part of that awareness from the beginning, not something to fear, but a deep curiosity about what happens when we are no longer in our bodies.

I remember my first funeral as a child, for my grandpa. While others mourned in ways that seemed more ‘appropriate,’ I felt an overwhelming sense of joy and a quiet knowing that he hadn’t gone anywhere. That way of feeling and seeing death stayed with me throughout my life, though I didn’t realise until adulthood that it wasn’t how most people experienced it.

In my adult years, I was present at a sudden death that deeply affected many people. While others were in shock, I touched a space of profound beauty and truth, the clearest love I had ever felt. From that place, I was able to be steady, grounded, and of genuine support to those around me.

That experience changed everything. I knew this was my life’s calling, to walk alongside others through death, grief, and the transformations that follow, with honesty, care, and presence.

Born in New Zealand, raised in Australia, and shaped by nearly a decade of deep exploration across the world. I bring a background in trauma-informed care, yoga, somatic work, breath, and ritual, offering grounded support that meets each person where they are.

Death has shown me what matters, stripped away what doesn’t, and taught me that we don’t have to meet it alone.

we live, and how we love, knowing we will die.”
